How is First Financial different?
It all starts with our online application. Our online application is the most comprehensive in the industry. It was designed by a team of experienced finance managers, that have placed tens of thousands of loans, for people with low credit scores or bad credit. Our application takes into consideration many factors such as credit, income, employment, residence and banking history. Allowing our finance managers to evaluate your application quickly and accurately. Typically issuing an approval in a couple hours. It can take up to 24 hours to complete the process. Even though we have a very high approval rating, not everyone will qualify. We recommend meeting as many of the qualifications required as possible to get an approval. If we need additional information from you, we will reach out to you to discuss your application. If we are not able to approve you instantly, we will recommend someone else in our trusted network who may. It is up to you to complete the process with them.

How does the application process work?
After you complete the application online, someone will contact you to discuss the application within 24 hours. We offer auto loans in all 50 states. All loans requests are processed through our local dealership partners. Loans are for the purchase of a vehicle from our local dealership partners. After you are approved we will provide you with a list of authorized dealerships. We have the largest dealership network in the nation.
What are your interest rates, loan fees, terms and conditions?
It all starts with our online application. After we verify your information, you will be presented with the best available loan offer for your unique situation. Once you receive your loan offer, you will be able to review all of the rates, fees, terms and conditions prior to accepting the loan offer. If you are not interested, just opt out and we delete your information.
We will never ask you for money upfront for any reason.
First Financial will never ask you to send us money upfront for any reason or ask for your bank account information or social security number over the phone or by email. We do not use any direct mail, email, text or phone solicitation for any service we offer. We will never offer to deposit money into your bank account, then ask you to take a portion of the money out and send it to us on a prepaid debit card. All of our applications must be completed online at our website.
